小編我上個禮拜去左南生圍,係呢個秋高氣爽既天氣下去郊遊,爽YY..
南生圍D景色真係好令,睇我上面D圖都知啦! 而且好多人都會去個到取景,有私影啦,前排好似仲有套電視劇都係個到拍TIM啊!唔知大家知唔知係邊套呢?哈哈!


I have gone to Nam Sang Wai in past week. It is great to go picnic in this kind of weather.

It is really beautiful in Nam Sang Wai as you can see my picture above. There are many people to go there for photo taking..

係入到南生圍前,會有一條橫水渡,係由船夫撐著的小木艇，來往山貝河兩岸,聽人講呢條橫水渡係香港現存唯一以人手拉動嫁! 
(PS:要收費,小編上次去每人$6)

係南生圍入面,有條赤桉樹徑(圖1),係呢到散步,簡直係身心舒暢!仲有人會選擇係到踩單車~

第一眼覺得好流，點解個外觀咁 hea既...？四周圍都係鐵馬，好空曠，好空虛。

The first feeling of the outside is not good because of very simple construction and design.

　

不過見到掛滿晒燈飾既樹，好靚，好似充滿生命力咁，好開心。

But...I felt great when there are lots of energetic and romantic trees designing with LED lights.

每人只可以入一次冰雕館，入去之前要嘟一嘟，有record架，再每人派一件藍色大嬲。
We can enter the hall at once time only due to the tracking record, and after, a big blue jacket will be distributed and return back after leaving the hall.

好似呀真係好靚，成個都係冰雕雕出黎。唔知用左幾耐呢？

It's a wonderful ice sculpture. Do you know how long did they spent on building?

來自哈爾濱國寶級冰雕團隊耗時三個月建造的全港最大冰雪館為冰雪節的主題景點，面積逾一萬平方呎；哈爾濱冰雕大師精湛冰雕技藝，結合日本著名設計師嶄新的LED燈光效果，攜手打造光芒四射的冰雪世界，必定矚目全港。館內分經典遊樂園、冰極動物及互動冰雪三區，冰雕包括：小企鵝、長毛象、劍齒虎、糖果村、旋轉木馬、咖啡杯及南瓜車，更設有冰滑梯及北極冰屋，讓大眾體驗零下10度的冰涼快感。

Being the signature attraction, Ice Exhibition Hall has an area of more than 10,000 sq. ft. and has taken ice sculpture craftsmen team from Harbin over three months to build. Harbin Ice sculpture masters’ exquisite artistry combining with famous Japanese designer’s brand new LED lighting effect will for sure create a glamorous ice wonderland and bring wonders to Hong Kong. The Ice Exhibition Hall will have three main themes including, classic amusement park, Ice age animal zone and the interactive zone. The unique ice sculptures will feature adorable penguins, mammoth, coffee cups, pumpkin cars, candy village and carousel etc. The ice sculptures will be lit up by cleverly placed LED lights. 行左十幾步，其實已經凍到頂唔順，對手不屬於自己的，凍過冬天 (-10ºC )，不過好爽！

It's hard to go forward but I just walk a few steps. The temperature is -10ºC in order to keep the shape of ice sculpture.

有2個工作人員會幫手影相，我地問：佢地每次要企幾耐？佢地答：半個鐘。佩服佩服，小妹甘拜下風。
2 helpers helped us to take photos in the above view. We asked them: how long should they stay on here? The ans is 30 mins, stay in this low temperature environment in 30 mins.

芦木浩隆先生是來自日本愛知縣中京大學的著名燈光設計師，負責冰雪館及整個園區的燈光設計及製作。他的專長是運用宏天科技（全彩照明和DMX控制照明）設計燈光、平面設計、音樂編寫和技術支援。曾設計和使用400萬LED燈裝飾日本神奈川縣相模湖森林燈祭。其他作品包括山梨縣富士急樂園、城堡公園酒店、山梨縣富士山飯店及神戶塔。

ASHIKI Hirotaka, a famous lighting designer from Chukyo University in Aichi, Japan, will be designing the lighting arrangement and production for Ice Exhibition Hall and whole venue. He specializes in designing lighting, graphic designs, music composition and technical support using DMX technologies (full color lighting and DMX control lighting). 4 million light bulbs have been magically used in illuminations theme park of Sagami Lake Illumination Festival, Kanagawa, Japan. Other masterpieces have been showcased in different areas including Yamanashi Fuji-Q Highland, Lisa et Gaspard Town, Yamanashi, Castle Park Hotel, Yamanashi Fuji Hotel and Kobe Port Tower.

有機食物係近年非常流行，但係乜野係有機食物呢？

就係一d冇落化學農藥同化學肥料概農作物，100%天

然概，就叫有機啦。原來係元朗八鄉概生活館，每逢

星期日都會有週日農墟，出售新鮮即割概有機菜，例

如茄子，芥菜，四角豆等。重有自家製概XO醬，洛神

花蜜餞同手工皂。想食得健康，用得健康，一定要去！

 

Organicfood becomes more and more popular. What is

Organice food? Organic food means crops without any

chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizer which is

100% nature. Every sunday in Sangwoodgoon, there

are many fresh harvest of organic vegetables. For

example, eggplant, leaf mustard, legume etc. Also,

the handmade XO sauce, roselle jam and soap are
